Data we process

We process the data provided when placing an order, using a customer account, contacting us, returning goods or making a complaint, in particular identity, contact, delivery, order and payment-status data. Server data required for operation and security is also generated when the online shop is used.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to prepare and perform the contract and to handle delivery, payment, customer communication, returns and complaints. We also process data to comply with our legal obligations and on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the online shop.

Recipients

Data may be accessed only by providers that supply hosting and technical operation of the online shop, delivery, the selected payment method or accounting, and only to the extent necessary for their task. Bank transfer and cash on delivery are currently available in the Hungarian Sales Channel.

Cookies and optional services

Necessary cookies are required for the shopping cart, session, language selection, login and secure ordering. Optional analytics and marketing tools are not enabled in the current Hungarian Sales Channel. If this changes, such tools may be activated only after the required information has been provided and consent obtained.

Retention period

We retain contractual data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order, handle possible claims and comply with statutory accounting and tax retention periods. Security logs are stored only for as long as necessary for protection and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You have the right to request information and access, rectification of inaccurate data and, where the applicable conditions are met, erasure or restriction of processing; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to request data portability.
